Hi, I’m Erin.

Somewhere between the practical and the unseen, I found my path.

For much of my life, I have lived comfortably in a world that values logic, analysis, responsibility, and getting things done. And yet I have always been curious about what exists beneath what we can immediately see.

Consciousness. Intuition. Energy. The patterns we repeat. The experiences we carry. The quiet knowing that sometimes arrives before we can explain where it came from. For a long time, those parts of my life simply existed alongside one another. I eventually realized I didn't need to choose between being grounded and being spiritual. For me, the most meaningful work happens where the two meet.

My path to Spiritual Response Therapy

My interest in spirituality has always been rooted in curiosity rather than certainty. I like asking questions. I like pulling on threads. I want to understand why something resonates, where a belief comes from, what patterns may be operating beneath the surface, and what changes when we bring awareness to them.

That curiosity led me deeper into the study of consciousness, energy, intuitive practices, and ultimately Spiritual Response Therapy.

The Hallowed Root grew from the desire to create a space where I could share that work with others in a way that feels grounded, thoughtful, and deeply personal.

Why The Hallowed Root?

The name carries much of what I believe about this work.

Hallowed speaks to what is sacred.

Root speaks to what lies beneath the surface. Our foundations. Our histories. Our patterns. The unseen places from which growth begins.

Healing and transformation do not always require becoming someone entirely new. Sometimes they begin by returning. Returning to what feels true. Returning to your own inner wisdom. Returning to yourself. That idea became the heart of The Hallowed Root and its guiding words: A path back to yourself.

How I approach this work

During an SRT session, I use a pendulum and structured charts as tools to explore energetic patterns, beliefs, programs, and other areas that may be ready for clearing. But the tools are only part of the experience. The relationship matters, too.

I want you to feel comfortable asking questions. I want there to be room for curiosity, humor, emotion, uncertainty, and whatever else arrives.

You don't need to arrive spiritually enlightened. You don't need to know exactly what needs attention. You don't even need to have the perfect question. Sometimes you simply know that something feels stuck, heavy, repetitive, or ready to change. We can begin there.

What I believe

I don't believe anyone outside of you should become the ultimate authority on your life. Not me. Not a pendulum. Not a spiritual practice.

My role is not to hand you a new set of beliefs. It is to create a thoughtful, supportive space where you can explore what arises, notice what resonates, release what is ready to be released, and reconnect with your own sense of knowing. SRT is one tool for that exploration. The goal is always deeper connection with you.

A little more about me

Outside of The Hallowed Root, I’m a wife, mom, corporate professional, enthusiastic reader, bookstore wanderer, nature seeker, and relentless question-asker. When I’m not working or running around with my teenagers, I’m usually reading something, exploring a new idea, or disappearing down a rabbit hole involving consciousness, history, spirituality, symbolism, or the wonderfully strange business of being human.

That mix of practicality and curiosity is not separate from my spiritual work. It’s part of how I approach it. The Hallowed Root grew from that same curiosity and from a belief that there will always be more to learn, more to question, and more beneath the surface.

And I think there is something beautiful about that.

If something brought you here, you're welcome to explore.

You don't have to know where the path leads before taking the first step.

A path back to yourself can begin exactly where you are.

Get in touch. I’d love to hear from you.
